Abstract The material balance management of cement enterprises often adopts the traditional method of manual periodic inventory, which has a long inventory cycle and high labor intensity. The inventory data is greatly affected by the type of materials and stacking location. The online material balance management system for cement enterprises is based on the theory of cement technology, driven by information and data. It fully utilizes information and digital technology to collect multi-dimensional data on cement production, quality, logistics, and other aspects, and calculates balanced material consumption from forward and reverse logic. It can achieve daily scheduled inventory of materials and output inventory reports, assist production decision-making, and improve the efficiency of enterprise production management.
