Abstract The new normal cement industry in China is a green environmental protection industry which is resource-conserving and environment friendly. Cement industry must turn to develop cyclic economy, more depend on technical progress, improve produce quality and efficiency, thus economy growth of cement industry can be acquired. The sustainable development of cement industry must be supported by advanced science and technology. This article discussed the development prospect and the requirement for scientific and technological innovation of the new normal cement industry in China.
