The new normal cement industry in China is a green environmental protection industry which is resource-conserving and environment friendly. Cement industry must turn to develop cyclic economy, more depend on technical progress, improve produce quality and efficiency, thus economy growth of cement industry can be acquired. The sustainable development of cement industry must be supported by advanced science and technology. This article discussed the development prospect and the requirement for scientific and technological innovation of the new normal cement industry in China.

This article introduced the research of a new type of Ni saving heat-resistant steel T709U. This new material can replace ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2 which is widely used in cement clinker burning equipments and reduce the cost.The result shows that the new material's performance in high temperature wear resistance, high temperature corrosion resistant is superior to ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2 by contrasting high temperature tensile test, high temperature oxidation test, high temperature corrosion test and high temperature wear test of two materials. So the new material has more advantages in cement clinker burning equipments.

Three-dimensional software REVIT can be used to visualize the cement quarry crushing and conveying system designing. Using REVIT can greatly reduce collision defects in design and make the whole design process truly accurate and efficient. By combining with designing instances and building three-dimensional model, application of REVIT software in cement quarry crushing and conveying system designing was introduced in this article.
