Abstract The operating condition of the domestic large-scale cement roller mill TRMK5041 was introduced in this paper. Without using grinding agent and water inside, roller mill equipment run stably and the production meet the design value. Cement and concrete performance indicators meet the national standard, and the cement performance is basically the same with that of cement prepared by other cement grinding process under the condition of same ratio of clinker and mixing materials.
