The operating condition of the domestic large-scale cement roller mill TRMK5041 was introduced in this paper. Without using grinding agent and water inside, roller mill equipment run stably and the production meet the design value.  Cement and concrete performance indicators meet the national standard, and the cement performance is basically the same with that of cement prepared by other cement grinding process under the condition of same ratio of clinker and mixing materials.

In this paper, the development situation of Japanese cement analysis technology is introduced according to Japanese cement industry technology development trends reported recently in the foreign journal. This article describes the scanning electron microscopy, electron probe x-ray analyzer, x-ray diffraction analyzer and cement NMR analysis. The article points out that the cement industry show a trend of energy-efficient, low-carbon technology and product functionality. Analytical and technological progress and innovation will play an important role in the development of cement industry.
