A vertical arm is a core component of the roller mill. Its processing technology can not only consider the shape and the size, but also the parts, parts assembly process, welding deformation and so on. So it was able to determine the baseline, marking reference times, machining allowance, procedures, and to work out a reasonable processing technology to ensure the final machining precision.

 In a variety of roller press grinding process, the combined grinding system composed of the roller press, ball-mill, and the separator, has integrated superiority, such as high quality, high output, low consumption. In this paper, the problems encountered during commissioning and improvement measures are summarized from the improved joint roller press grinding system (also known as semi-final grinding system) operation in a domestic 4500 t/d project, the system characteristics.
