Exploration of Cement Roller Mill Equipment Process Design

The concept of cost-effective design is shown in this paper according to new production data of cement roller mill. The influence of μ value is emphasis analyzed by the author,and then the design specification of PT μR is involved. The new series of cement roller mill are conceived by the principle of combining of roller and grinding table.

Investigation on Material of the High Temperature Wear Resistant for Head Parts of Coal Powder Burner

The article introduced the research of the new high temperature wear resistant material (T810N) which was from Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd. - Pyrology Subsidiary Company. In order to increase operating life of coal powder burner, the new material required excellent high temperature wear resistant. Through adding the alloy element of W、V、Ti、Nb, the high temperature wear resistant of material was increased because of the high hardness and high melting-point carbide. The application of the high temperature oxidation experiment, room-temperature tensile test, high-temperature tensile test and the high temperature wear resistant experiment expressed that T810N was better than ZG40Cr28Ni16. The request of increasing operating life of coal powder burner was satisfied by the performance of the new material (T810N).

The Comprehensive Comparison between High Temp. and Room Temp. Bag Filter for Cooler

The bag filter for cooler should be divided into high temp. and low temp. system, the analysis and comprehensive comparison of technical and economic for cooler is made in this article, and make some conclusions as following: in the hand of installed power, weight and power consumption, the low temp. bag filter system is bigger than high temp. bag filter system; in the hand of equipment investment, there is no deference between two system; in the hand of operating cost, the low temp. bag filter system is lower than the high temp. bag filter system when the specific power fee is lower than 0.804 yuan/kWh, and the low temp. bag filter system is higher than the high temp. bag filter when the specific power fee is higher than 0.804 yuan/kWh.
