Jilin Yatai Group Co.,Ltd.Tripod deer company had a double rotator raw mill disabled of ?3.5m×7+3m a few years,to revitalize the idle assets and increase the revenue,they decided to transformate it to a cement mill which was composed of semi-final grinding system with a roller press.After demonstrating its technical feasibility in detail,our company completed this project’s design,main supplier,installation and commissioning.Until now,this project goes into production ,reaches the standard and satisfies owner’s need,which has a certain referential significance.

Modified steel slag was prepared by mixing molten fly ash and steel slag at high temperature. We have studied its microscopic structure and macroscopic mechanical properties.The results showed that: The content of the fCaO was decreased by adding modified steel slag; The strength of the modified steel slag cement is a little lower than the ordinary one, but the strength was still meeting the need of P·SS32.5R cement. It is feasible that modified steel slag can become one of the cement materials.

As the rapid improvement of informatization and computer aided design in construction industry, the conversion and upgrading from two-dimensional to three-dimensional has become the inevitable trend of  engineering design and construction, the collaborative designing based on the 3D(three-dimensional) would bring technological revolution for the construction industry. This paper mainly introduces application of  3D collaborative designing in cement engineering, including the design way, the design process and the idea of 3D collaborative design, establishing seamless communication between designing and construction, realizing the effective interaction of information, reducing the fault rate, improving design quality, and decreasing the project cost. All of these advantages of 3D collaborative design would bring the project management to a high level.
