Using the software Fluent, an Eulerian／Lagrangian approach was employed to simulate the flame characteristics and the physical fields in the kiln In view of the alternative fuel burning, which was developed by SINOMA． When 15％ energy was replaced by alternative fuels, the simulation results show that the alternative fuels did not adversely affect the thermal system．

Carbon dioxide can be reduced effectively by using waste fuel to burning cement clinker． The author first introduced the design method for carbon dioxide reduction by using waste fuel, then gave results analysis on carbon dioxide reduction． Comparison is made also by the author on directly incinerate living wastes, or setting waste incineration system on the side of cement rotary kiln．

The crack of blower base is investigated through analyzing the internal force under high temperature． The basis for blower base design is provided by making comparison on the crack resistance in different thickness of enclosure wall．
