Trial Study on Technical Parameters of Low Temperature-synthesized Coal Gangue Cement

Based on the orthogonal experiment on low temperature-synthesized coal gangue cement, the influence and result of some related factors to the compressive strength of coal gangue cement were analyzed, and the optimum technical parameters of this technique were determined. It shows that the technique of low temperature-synthesizing is feasible, and it provides a new method of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.

Pulse fluctuation of coal transportation is resulted by inadequate primary air, while the existence of coal leakage will provide heavy influence on kiln thermal condition which leads low clinker throughput and poor products quality. Stable coal transportation and kiln thermal condition is achieved by increasing primary air rate, improving inventory and modifying screw clearance of the screw pump.
