摘要 阿尔及利亚Bis项目熟料库设计直径60m,库壁厚度450mm,库壁高度25.15m,上部设置1 500mm×750mm环梁。对库壁施工通常所采用的脚手架搭设倒模、滑模方式以及传统三脚架倒模方式(由于资源不足,爬模爬架方式不予考虑)进行了评估,结果显示,几种方式在考虑工期进度、质量保障、安全以及成本等方面均存在着一定的缺陷。结合现场资源配备情况,阿尔及利亚Bis项目制定了新型的三脚架倒模工法,对操作平台系统、大型模板支护系统进行了改良,对质量控制方法进行了变更,对施工工序进行了更新,并应用了新型设备,经过在Bis项目现场实施的考验,达到了预期的目标,并且在进度、质量以及安全保障等方面均收到了良好的效果,同时在提升工效以及经济效益方面都获得了成功。

Abstract: 
The following is the parameter of the clinker silo in Algeria Bis project, 60m in diameter, 450mm in thickness, 25.15m in height and the 1 500~750 mm ring beam in the upper part. The normal construction technology are form working by scaffolding, traditional tripod and slipping formwork (due to there is no resource of the crawl frame way, so that is not be considered). After the evaluated to the above method, those are not suit for this construction based on the time schedule,quality and safe. Considering the resource of site, a new kind of tripod method is developed by Algeria,through the operating platform of improving system, large formwork supporting system, changing the quality control method, updating the construction process and using the new equipment. Application of the new method achieved the expected goal thought the testing of the Bis project. It has received good results in terms of progress, quality and safety, and has been successful in both improving work efficiency and economic efficiency.
