摘要 传统设计方式的EPC工程项目,工艺、建筑、结构等各专业设计相互独立,缺乏有效、精准的协调与互动,工程管理粗放,信息化水平低,造成成本上升、资源浪费等。基于BIM的EPC项目管理方法,通过构建BIM平台可实现设计、采购、物流、施工现场的有效协同和数据传递,能有效管理项目的进度(4D)和费用(5D),提升企业对工程总承包项目的宏观管控能力,实现降本增效;通过生产运营和维护(6D)技术的应用,能实现工厂生产运行维护的信息化管理。

Abstract: In the process of industrial EPC project management, the traditional design methods, the independence between process design, architecture design and structure design etc, the lack of efficiency, precise coordination and interaction, the extensive project management and low information level increase the cost of management and the waste of resources. The EPC project management method based on BIM, by structuring a BIM platform to promote the coordination and data transmission between design department, procurement logistics department and construction site, and to control the project progress (4D) and expenses (5D) effectively, so that the company can enhance its macro control on project management with cost decreasing and benefit increasing. Through the application of 6D technology, the information management on production, operation and maintenance can be realized.
