Abstract: Design requirements of raw meal homogenization system was expounded, the application of γ- ray analyzer in the raw meal system was introduced in details. γ- ray analyzer can thoroughly solve the problem of "representativeness" of the samples, with a high success rate of qualified materials, and it can simplify, optimize the homogenization chain, the factory covered area of dropped sharply. Investment of equipment, labor cost and raw meal preparation power consumption was significantly reduced.
