Abstract: The main technical characteristics of the electric bag composite dust collector are introduced, combined with the process characteristics of the original electric dust collector, the scope and work flow of the transformation project are determined, and the key points and technical requirements for the control project to be controlled are formulated. After the transformation, the cooler electric dust collection No.1 electric field has no longer equipment failure caused by electric field drop and other problems. The cold air valve and the grate cooler spray system added to the inlet of the dust collector effectively reduce the operating temperature of the precipitator, and extends the lifetime of the filter bag. After the transformation, the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is greatly improved. And the average concentration of soot discharged from the cooler is reduced from 15.87 mg/m3 to 4.2 mg/m3.
