Abstract: The intelligent and efficient denitration system of HeSNCR is introduced. The system arranges spray nozzles on the calciner in layers where each layer has corresponding automatic control valves, and uses artificial intelligence software to track changes in kiln conditions in time. By analyzing various operating parameters of the cement kiln system, it accurately determines the amount of ammonia required and accurately controls each group of sprays. The spray nozzle sprays the most appropriate amount of ammonia at the most suitable injection point to achieve the highest denitration efficiency. This system can also effectively control ammonia escape while reaching the maximum NOx reduction rate. Since March 2019, the system has been operating stably, and the NOx emissions have been successfully controlled at 100mg/Nm3 and 50mg/Nm3 .
