袋装水泥自动双向分流转向溜槽设计与仿真分析

Design and Simulation Analysis of Automatic Two-way Diversion Chute for Bagged Cement

摘要 为满足在线式袋装水泥自动装车机器人的快速装车要求,设计了一种袋装水泥自动双向分流转向溜槽装置。对该机构的组成及其工作原理进行了分析,并采用仿真软件Edem对袋装水泥在自动双向分流转向溜槽装置内的运动进行仿真分析。现场应用表明,该装置整体结构设计合理,能够满足每小时装3 000包水泥的装车要求。

Abstract: In order to meet the rapid loading requirements of on-line automatic loading robot for bagged cement, an automatic two-way diversion chute device for bagged cement is designed. The composition and working principle of the mechanism are analyzed, and the movement of bagged cement in the automatic two-way diversion chute device is simulated by using Edem software. The field application shows that the overall structure design of the device is reasonable and can meet the loading requirements of 3 000 bags of cement per hour.
