Abstract: The communication modules of control panel and main control cabinet of five hydraulic stations of the roller mill in a cement plant frequently fails with communication fault, which leads to stoppage of cement mill. During handling, the communication module must be powered off and restarted to resume operation, but it seriously affects mill production in such way. By using Phoenix distribution frame, connecting the ground wire from the main control PLC cabinet and replacing the communication module of the main control cabinet, the communication fault of the oil station is solved.
