摘要 介绍了KVM外循环辊磨水泥半终粉磨系统的设备配置、工艺流程及工程应用情况。KVM外循环辊磨系统磨制生产P·O42.5R水泥时,水泥粉磨电耗为26~27kW·h/t,水泥标准稠度需水量为~26%。该系统的成功投运,为水泥粉磨领域提供了一种新的技术方案。

Abstract: This paper has introduced the equipment configuration, technological process and engineering application of a semi-final grinding system with cement external circulation. While grinding P·O42.5R cement, the power consumption of cement grinding is 26~27kW·h/t, and the water needed under the cement normal consistency is ~26%. The successful operation of this system provides a new technical system solution for cement grinding field.
