摘要 介绍了非洲某水泥厂EPC项目的结构设计工作。通过研读合同,明确其中关于结构设计部分的要求,确定设计原则;做好设计分包管理工作,制订好图纸审批计划,提高了项目图纸的审核效率;结合以往设计工作经验和限额设计方法的采用,在保证结构安全的基础上,降低了设计及施工成本。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the structural design of the EPC project of a cement plant in Africa. Through studying the contract, it clarified the requirements for the structural design part and determined the design principles. It did a good job in design subcontracting management, formulated a drawing approval plan, and improved the review efficiency of project drawings. Combined with the previous design work experience and the adoption of the limit design method, the design and construction costs are reduced on the basis of ensuring the safety of the structure.
