摘要 介绍了危险废物的危险特性和复杂特性,总结了国内对于危险废物处置的最新政策,分析了危险废物综合利用、焚烧、物化、填埋、水泥窑协同处置等常用处置方式处置能力和技术路线发展现状,展望了等离子体气化熔融技术、超临界水氧化技术和资源化利用新技术及其发展前景。

Abstract: This paper introduces the hazardous and complex characteristics of hazardous waste, summarizes the latest domestic policies on hazardous waste disposal, and analyzes the development status of disposal capabilities and technical routes of common disposal methods such as comprehensive utilization of hazardous waste, incineration, materialization, landfill and collaborative disposal of cement kiln. The new technologies of plasma gasification and melting, supercritical water oxidation and resource utilization and their development prospects are prospected.
