数字化安全管理在水泥工程项目中的应用

摘要 基于水泥工程项目建设安全生产标准化管理,集成各类智能终端设备,搭建了水泥工程项目建设安全管理信息化平台,构建了智能监控系统,弥补了传统管理方式的技术缺陷。介绍了项目现场人员管理、危险区域动态预警、隐患排查治理、车辆机具管理、塔式起重机作业智能控制系统、异常事件智能识别及报警等方面的数字化安全管理具体内容及其在水泥工程项目现场的应用情况,有效提高了水泥工程项目施工现场安全管理水平,实现了水泥工程项目建设安全管理的数字化、精细化、智能化。

Abstract: Based on the standardized management of safety production in cement engineering projects, various types of intelligent terminal devices are integrated to establish a safety management information platform for cement engineering project construction. This platform includes the construction of an intelligent monitoring system, addressing technical deficiencies in traditional management approaches. The paper introduces the specific content of digital safety management, such as on-site personnel management, dynamic warning of hazardous areas, identification and rectification of hidden dangers, management of vehicles and machinery, intelligent control system for tower crane operations, intelligent recognition and alerting of abnormal events. The application of these digital safety management measures at the cement engineering project site has effectively elevated the level of safety management in construction, achieving digitization, refinement, and intelligence in the safety management of cement engineering project construction.
