Solar
photovoltaic power generation system is mainly composed of photovoltaic module,
inverter module, power distribution module and monitoring module, etc. This
paper analyses the key technical difficulties such as building structure
adaptability, shadow effect, space limitation, environment adaptability, power
consumption and grid access, power station monitoring and maintenance. And then
it gives the solution measures in the application of solar photovoltaic power
plant in cement factory, and puts forward the photovoltaic module in the cement
factory. The arrangement and selection of PV modules in the cement plant, the
electrical design of PV power station, and the construction organization plan
are proposed. Through the analysis of investment returns, it can be seen that
the PV power station in cement enterprises can achieve the goal of multi-year
stable income with one investment.
