Abstract: In the dry process of cement production, problems such as poor unloading, arching, and blockage of wet sticky materials often occur. The process design for the feeding silo of Indonesia P14 project has been successful. This article introduces the experimental determination of the effective internal friction angle and the wall friction angle of the project, as well as the calculation of the fitting material flow function, the outlet width and the half-top angle of the overall flow cell, and the new process design method for the determination of the dimensions of the feed silo.
