不同混合材对水泥辊磨产品比表面积的影响

摘要 辊磨终粉磨系统已广泛应用于水泥粉磨,不同混合材对水泥辊磨产品的影响不同,以石灰石、粉煤灰、火山灰为研究对象,采用实验室半工业化辊磨TRM5.6,研究了不同混合材对水泥辊磨产品比表面积的影响,得出如下结论:每增加1%的石灰石,水泥成品比表面积增加2.52~2.75m2 /kg。每增加1%的粉煤灰,产品比表面积会有不同程度的增加。当以火山灰为混合材时,每增加1%火山灰掺量,成品水泥比表面积<400m2 /kg时,对比表面积的贡献值为~2.5m2 /kg;成品水泥比表面积>400m2 /kg时,对比表面积的贡献值为~2.0m2 /kg。
