水泥强度异常下降原因分析及解决措施

摘要 为查找水泥库中水泥强度异常下降的原因,对混合材含水量、石膏掺量、出磨水泥温度等影响水泥强度的因素进行了测试。结果表明,石膏掺量过多和石膏脱水是造成水泥强度下降的主要原因。通过选用脱水温度较高的石膏,控制出磨水泥温度等措施,保证了水泥强度,稳定了出厂水泥质量。

Abstract: To figure out the reasons for the abnormal decrease of cement strength at cement silo discharge, test was conducted to check the possible causes including the water content of the additive material, the gypsum amount and the cement temperature at mill discharge. The test results approved the excessive gypsum content and its dehydration was the main reason. After the actions with new gypsum source with higher dehydration temperature and cement temperature control at mill discharge, the cement strength was improved and cement quality was stabilized.
