Abstract: When the rotary kiln is running, the shift of the first gear belt upward is 34mm, and the block of the gear belt is worn, which affects the safe operation of production. Through analysis and research, the large gap of the backing plate and the uneven temperature on both sides of the tire are the reasons of the tire moving. The hidden trouble of safe operation is eliminated by resetting and adjusting, replacing the cushion plate of the tyre, checking the slip of the tyre regularly, and strengthening the temperature management of the cylinder.
