Abstract: The configuration of TRM53.4 raw material mill is introduced, and the existing problems are analyzed. Through the optimization and upgrading of the separator, cyclone, wind ring and mill seal, the mill output increased by 60 ~ 70t/h, increased by 13% ~ 17%, and the power consumption of the main engine and fan decreased by 1.26kW·h/t, decreased by 8%. The system runs stably and achieves the expected goal, which provides an effective technical scheme for increasing the output and reducing the consumption of the raw mill.
