大型风机异常振动原因及处理措施

摘要使用振动采集器采集风机振动数据，通过振动数据分析风机的振动原因。对发生振动的风机，采用在线挖补、堆焊修复、风机动平衡校正等方法，消除了风机的振动问题。

Abstract: Use the vibration collector to collect the vibration data of the fan, and analyze the vibration reason of the fan through the vibration data. The vibration problem of the fan is eliminated by using the methods of online digging, surfacing welding repair and air dynamic balance correction.
