Abstract: Causes for the high fineness, moisture content and power consumption of the pulverized coal preparation are analyzed. By optimizing the air duct of the coal mill, changing the lock air valve, adjusting the length of drying bin and grinding bin, the capacity the coal mill is increased by 3.5t/h and the moisture is reduced by 1.0%, the fineness is controlled to below 6%.
