摘要 针对水泥厂高粉尘工况料位测量的难点,采用了抛物面天线雷达料位计和有失波等待连续测量算法的测量软件,满足了强粘附物料、强粉尘干扰、料面不平整等工况下的料位测量。对于一些重点防止“冒仓”事故发生的料仓,可加装延长型阻旋开关高位报警装置。

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of material level measurement in cement plant under high dust condition, the parabolic antenna radar material level meter and the measurement software of continuous measurement algorithm with missing wave are adopted, which meet the requirements of material level measurement under the conditions of heavy adhesion of materials, strong dust interference and uneven material surface. For some silos that focus on preventing the occurrence of "warehouse-breaking" accidents, an extended anti-rotation switch high-position alarm device can be installed.
