摘要 

随着5G通讯技术和人工智能技术的迅猛发展,5G+AI技术开始逐渐应用于水泥行业安全防护系统。重点介绍了水泥生产安全智能管理系统的组织架构及功能分区,该系统基于5G专网,依托AI智能视频分析技术、蓝牙定位技术、智能定位视频型安全帽与智慧门禁系统,实现了人员入厂管控、重点设备安全状态监测、危险作业随工录像与远程监督等厂区内安全监管的全覆盖与智能化,有效提升了水泥企业安全监管水平。

Abstract: 

With the rapid development of 5G communication technology and artificial intelligence technology, 5G + AI technology has been gradually applied to the safety protection system in the cement industry. Focus on the cement production safety intelligent management system organization structure and functional partition, the system based on 5G private network, relying on the AI intelligent video analysis technology, Bluetooth positioning technology, intelligent positioning video helmet and intelligent entrance control system, implements the personnel into the factory control, key equipment safety status monitoring, dangerous work with video and remote supervision factory safety supervision of full coverage and intelligent, effectively enhance the level of cement enterprise safety supervision.
