Design and Application of the Variable Frequency Device “One-Driving-Three” Control Mode in the Starting of Slurry Circulating Pumps of Desulfurization System

Abstract: The “one-driving-three” control mode of variable frequency device can realize the successive start of three slurry circulating pumps in the desulfurization system, which can effectively reduce the capacity of the workshop transformer and save costs. The design scheme of main circuit, control circuit and signal circuit of “one-driving-three” control mode of the variable frequency device is introduced in combination with the actual projects. The problems of large impulse current and easy tripping in the process of switching between variable frequency and industrial frequency of this control mode are analyzed, and two solutions that delay switching and synchronous switching are proposed.
