中子活化分析技术在煤质检测中的应用

摘要 简要介绍了中子活化旁线煤质分析系统,该系统可整体实现采煤、煤质分析、缩分取样及弃煤处理全自动化,从采样到得出分析结果仅需要10~15min。经某水泥厂示范线实际应用显示,中子活化旁线煤质分析系统测量结果与实验室检测结果相比误差小,分析速度快,适应性强,能够有效对水泥厂入厂煤质进行实时质量管控,指导生产。

Abstract: The neutron activation by-pass coal quality analysis system is briefly introduced. The system can realize full automation of coal sampling, coal analysis, shrinkage sampling and coal disposal. It only takes 10 ~15 minutes from sampling to obtaining the analysis results. The practical application in a cement plant shows that the measurement results have small error compared with laboratory results, fast analysis speed and strong adaptability. The system can effectively carry out real-time quality control of coal quality in cement plants and guide production.
