摘要
介绍了激光测距设备的工作原理以及在回转窑轮带偏摆测量、托轮挠度测量、筒体偏心变形测量中的应用,测量所得数据可以帮助操作人员了解设备运行状态及存在的安全隐患,改进工艺操作,调整回转窑运行状态,提高回转窑运转率。

Abstract:
he working principle of laser ranging equipment and its application in the measurements of the rotary kiln tire run-out, the supporting wheel deflection, and the cylinder eccentric deformation are introduced. The measured data can help operators understand the operating status of the equipment and the potential safety hazards of the equipment. By improving the process operation method and adjusting the operating status of the rotary kiln, the running rate of the rotary kiln can be effectively improved.
