摘要
介绍了辊压机液压系统的主要结构及工作原理,辊压机液压系统中常用溢流阀的功能、安装位置、结构形式、安装形式及工作原理。提出了辊压机液压系统中溢流阀故障的判断方法、维修要点及维修注意事项。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the main structure and working principle of the hydraulic system of the roller press, the function, installation position, structural form, installation form and working principle of the common relief valve used in the hydraulic system of the roller press. The judgment method, maintenance points and maintenance precautions of relief valve fault in the hydraulic system of roller press are put forward.
