摘要 
介绍了科氏力秤计量系统的工作原理及配套的给料设备,从“低高度、小空间”的系统开发、稳流机的“防压料”系统设计、金属复合耐磨测量盘的开发等方面,梳理了科氏力秤计量系统应用于水泥厂渣粉计量中的设备优化方案,并结合应用案例,分析了科氏力秤计量系统在渣粉计量技改项目中的工艺优化方案和实际使用效果。

Abstract: 
This paper introduces the working principle of Coriolis force scale measuring system and its supporting feeding equipment. From the aspects of system development of "low height and small space", design of "anti-pressure material" system of steady flow machine, and development of metal composite wear-resistant measuring disk, this paper summarizes the equipment optimization scheme of Coriolis force scale measuring system applied in cement slag powder measurement, and combines application cases. The technological optimization scheme and application effect of Coriolis force balance system in slag measurement technical renovation project are analyzed.
