The first generation of medium crushing impact crusher has some problems, such as high discharge grain type pin degree, inconvenient adjustment of impact plate and uniform plate protection device, low reliability of uniform plate protection device, improper shell split surface and structure setting leading to high transportation cost and poor installation adaptability in small space. The new generation TKPFM type medium crushing impact crusher has improved the main structure of the levelling plate, changed the original flat lining plate of the material contact surface into a serrated rack, and improved the grinding levelling efficiency of the material. The adjusting structure of the mechanical counterattack plate and the mechanical adjustment and protection device of the whole plateis changed to the hydraulic type , which not only shorts the adjustment time, but also improves the reliability of the protection of foreign matter.The side and end of the shell are changed from welded structure to bolted connection, and the section surface is re-optimized, which reduces the maximum bulk unit weight ratio of the equipment after disassembly, and makes transportation and installation more convenient. The actual application of many projects shows that the new generation of TKPFM type crushing impact crusher has better performance, more convenient operation and maintenance, low transportation cost and stronger installation adaptability.
