The raw material fly ash used for cement production adopts the measurement method of "gasification box & double rotor scale". Although different ranges of double rotor scales can meet the measurement needs of different amounts of fly ash, there are often problems such as fluctuations in fly ash feeding, easy material leakage in the rotor scale body, low measurement accuracy, and limited space at the bottom of the fly ash silo at the production site, which makes it impossible to install a separate material stabilizing device. By using a combination of "labyrinth seal" and "end face seal" to optimize the sealing of the rotor scale, installing a pressure reducing cone and an inflation box, and using a new cement component tester to determine the amount of fly ash added based on the feedback of the rotor scale body data, the sealing performance of the rotor scale body has been effectively improved, and the feeding stability and measurement accuracy have been improved. The annual production cost can be saved by about RMB 820 000.
