The whole process of mineral powder delivery from car entry to mineral powder measurement, bulk loading, loading and leaving was sorted out. The problems of poor communication, low automation and low accuracy in traditional mineral powder delivery system were analyzed. A one‐button mineral powder delivery system with high automation and information technology was proposed. The actual operation shows that the modified one-button delivery system realizes full process automation online delivery management, the loading time of each car is reduced from 30min to 20min, the delivery efficiency is increased by 33%, and the annual electricity cost can be saved by 156,000 yuan and the labor cost is saved by about 480,000 yuan.
