水泥生产装备智能在线监测交互平台的应用

摘要 

传统的水泥生产装备运行状态监测巡检方式多依赖人工进行,存在设备故障状态易漏检、误检、信息化程度和工作效率较低等问题。基于工业物联网、边缘计算、云计算、AI人工智能、机器学习等技术,提出了开发智能在线监测交互平台的解决方案,介绍了设备智能在线监测系统和AI视频智能中台两部分构成的主要功能。系统成功应用于水泥生产传送带偏离监测、下料口堵塞检测、煤粉温度和火焰监测等场景,实现了水泥生产装备的故障智能预警和智能诊断,减少了设备故障停机频次,延长了水泥生产装备使用寿命。

Abstract: 

The traditional method of monitoring the operational status of cement production equipment relies heavily on manual inspection, which has problems such as missed and false detection of equipment malfunction status, low informationization, and low work efficiency. Based on the technologies of industrial Internet of Things, edge computing, cloud computing, AI artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc., the solution for developing an intelligent online monitoring interactive platform is proposed, and the main functions of the device intelligent online monitoring system and the AI video intelligent middle platform are introduced. The system has been successfully applied to scenarios such as deviation monitoring of cement production conveyor belts, detection of blockages at the feeding port, monitoring of pulverized coal temperature and flame, and so on. It has achieved intelligent early warning and intelligent diagnosis of equipment malfunctions in cement production, reducing the frequency of equipment downtime and extending the service life of cement production equipment.
