Abstract This paper analyzes the problem of unbalance of thermal system of residual heat power generation after the cement production line is upgraded ,the problem of local thermal insulation failure in system management and maintenance, failure of flue gas leakage and ash removal devices in SP boiler systems and the problem of delays in kiln operation regulation, unsatisfactory vacuum systems and so on. This paper proposes to correct the balance of the thermal system and strengthen the system maintenance and management.
