Discussion on Water Balance of Desulfurization Project of NSCI 5 000t/d Cement Production Line

Abstract The general situation of NSCI 5 000t/d cement desulfurization project is briefly introduced. This project adopts the limestone (or lime) - gypsum wet desulfurization process, uses cement kiln ash as the absorbent. The material balance and water balance of the desulfurization system are both discussed, and the process flow of wastewater treatment in the desulfurization system is also described. The influence of the high concentration of chloride ion on the desulfurization system is analyzed, and then a solution of the desulfurization wastewater treatment is provided.
