Abstract The composition and working principle of the TSLM Sidebo raw material roller mill seal feeder system are briefly described. The feeder requires only installation space of 3.5m×2.9m, which is the same as the existing flap valve interface and can be directly replaced. The installation workload is small, the cycle is short, and the transformation has little impact on the existing production. After the transformation, good lock air can effectively reduce the sticking of the viscous material, and it greatly reduced the labor intensity of manual cleaning, significantly reduced the number of process failures, improved the reliability of the raw material system, and reduced the power consumption of the raw material system.
