Abstract F.L.Smidth ACESYS automation control system was introduced. The system consists of three control networks: main control network, operation monitoring and field bus, including ECS operation configuration and PLC library developed on STEP7 programming software platform, covering most of the operational requirements and functions of the cement industry. The system programming and operation are convenient, the operation is stable, and the fault alarm information is intuitive.
