    Research and Application of Raw Meal Roll Press Finished Grinding System Technology   Collect

    This paper introduces the research and development process of the roller press finished grinding technology of raw meal in TCDRI and the latest technical characteristics of the roller press finished grinding system of raw meal. The system adopts double elevators scheme, newly developed combined powder separator and perfect iron removal mechanism, which reduces the height of gas lifting materials, reduces the resistance of equipment and facilitates the maintenance of equipment.So far, a total of 44 sets of TRP raw meal roller press finished grinding system have been sold, of which the lowest power consumption of the circulating fan is 2.5 kWh/t, and the lowest system power consumption is only 9.2 kWh/t.

    To understand the effect of the outlet temperature on the early physical and mechanical properties of cement, 12 groups of water consumption tests for cement standard consistency and 16 groups of cement mortar strength tests were carried out by controlling the temperature of cement use and mixing water. The results show that with the increase of the temperature of cement outlet, the water consumption for cement standard consistency using normal temperature water (17℃) and cold water (5℃) will increase; however, the standard consistency of water consumption is relatively small when using cold water. The early mechanical properties of cement will also decrease with the increase of the outlet temperature, but it has higher early mechanical properties when mixed with cold water. Under the long-term curing conditions of cement specimens, the mixing water temperature and the outlet temperature of cement have no obvious influence on the mechanical properties of cement. In the cold region project, when the outlet temperature of the cement is too high, the groundwater with lower temperature can be used for mixing, which can avoid the cement mixture being too dry and effectively improve the early mechanical properties of the cement.

    This paper analyzes the reasons of high speed of ID fan, serious wear of impeller, high temperature of frequency converter module and frequent over-current stop of motor in two 5 000t/d cement production lines. Compared with the performance of high-temperature fans and high-efficiency energy-saving fans, the energy-saving effect of high-efficiency energy-saving fans is obviously better than that of normal ID fans. In 2019, two ID fans were replaced with high-efficiency energy-saving fans. The actual operation results show that the two fans can save nearly 4.5 million CNY in electricity costs annually, and the investment can be recovered in one year.

    Brief introduction to the application of TRM vertical roller mills in a 2 500t/d cement plant in “CNBM Zambia Mpande Material Industry Plant” was given. The raw mill, coal mill and cement mill are all supplied by Sinoma (Tianjin) Powder Technology Machinery Co., Ltd. , including one set TRMR38.4 raw mill, which provide raw meal with finess of 12% residue on 80 micrometer sieve and ≤0.5% output moisture; one set TRMC23.2 coal mill, which provide coal powder with finess of 8% residue on 80 micrometer sieve and ≤1.5% output moisture; and one set TRMK50.4 cement mill, which can produce CEMII/A-L42.5R at 400m2/kg blaine and less than 4% residue on 45 micrometer sieve, CEMII/B-L32.5R at 420m2/kg blaine and less than 7% residue on 45 micrometer sieve. All the mills are working very stable and all the technical requirements from the customer are fulfilled.

    This paper introduces the working principle of the flow measurement system composed of wellbar flow sensor, differential pressure transmitter and flow totalizer. Wellbar flow sensor has special process shape, remarkable anti-blocking effect, small permanent pressure loss of pipeline, low installation cost and maintenance-free. It can measure the flow of full pipe and unidirectional fluid of various media such as gas, steam, fluid, etc. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosive and explosion-proof dangerous places, with high precision and large range ratio.

    The combined grinding process system of ?4.2m×13m ball mill + HFCG140-80 roller press + SF600/140 pulverizer was analyzed. The power consumption was up to 34kWh/t, and the output was only 120t/h(P·O42.5 shall prevail).Through the addition of a V-type powder separator , a high-efficiency eddy current powder separator, and other supporting capacity expansion facilities, a double-closed-circuit combined grinding system for cement roller presses has been formed. After the transformation, the mill output was increased from 120t/h to 160t/h, and the electricity consumption per ton of cement was reduced by 5kWh, The effect of increasing production and reducing consumption is obvious.

    F.L.Smidth ACESYS automation control system was introduced. The system consists of three control networks: main control network, operation monitoring and field bus, including ECS operation configuration and PLC library developed on STEP7 programming software platform, covering most of the operational requirements and functions of the cement industry. The system programming and operation are convenient, the operation is stable, and the fault alarm information is intuitive.

    The main way to absorb waste in cement industry is to coordinated disposal in cement kiln. This paper introduces the research progress and successful cases in some countries over the past 30 years, the relevant laws and policies implemented by some countries, the risk assessment of “co-operative disposal” and the prevention and control of dioxins and heavy metals, and so on. There have also been some developments in the study of the extension of waste consumption in the cement industry, such as refuse derived fuels and Minamata Convention on Mercury proposed by the international community.

    Taking a design project of a co-processing vein industrial park as an example, this paper introduces the basic situation and corresponding characteristics of the park construction. It explains the specific design process of the subunit such as municipal solid waste, kitchen waste, construction waste and hazardous waste of industrial park separately,and analyses the process characteristics of waste disposal, material interoperability and energy utilization etc. By the practice of this waste collaborative disposal project, it can bring certain demonstration effects to the cement kiln co-processing venous industry project, and promote the green development of the cement industry.

    This paper introduces a radiant heat recovery heating system that the heat is obtained from a 2 500 t/d cement rotary kiln in Shandong Province. According to the load of heating system, the author calculated the amount of heat required from the surface of rotary kiln, and designed the heating device, heat storage and transportation system and control system of heating system. According to the actual operation of cement kiln for 300 days a year, 1 368 000kWh of heat can be obtained from the surface of rotary kiln, which is approximately equal to 168 000kg of standard coal. The system achieves the goal of energy saving, emission reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources.

    It introduces the principle and scheme of the cement kiln flue gas denitrification in both kiln and calciner system, which using the low NOx pulverized coal combustion control technology in the kiln that controls the primary air flow <6%, and the high-strength reduction combustion control technology in the calciner to  reduce thermal NOx from the kiln. In the actual operation of 3 000t/d (with TDF calciner of ?6.1m×31m) cement clinker production line, with the adoption of above technical scheme, results indicate that the denitrification efficiency can be reached above 60%, saving ammonia water and reducing denitrification costs.

    This paper introduces the source of waste water discharged from the waste heat power generation system and the measures taken for zero discharge of waste water. It realizes zero discharge of waste water generated from recycling of circulating water and pure water, continuous blowdown of boiler and drainage of shaft seal heater. It can recover more than 900 tons of waste water discharged from the waste heat power generation system each day and save about 1.21 million CNY of annual cost.

    The silicon powder in the flue gas of the heat recovery boiler is very fine, and it is easy to stick to the surface of the boiler tube bundle, which affects the heat exchange efficiency of the boiler and causes the power generation to decrease. The original scoot cleaning device adopts the structure of wire rope reel and wire rope with poor synchronicity, poor ash removal effect, easy to malfunction. The new ash cleaning device adopts rack and gear meshing transmission mechanism, which has good synchronization of rigid transmission. It can overcome the resistance formed by thermal deformation of pipeline and solve the problem caused by unbalanced force of brush frame. After more than 8 months of use, the ash removal effect was remarkable, the heat exchange efficiency of the boiler is obviously improved, and the power generation was increased synchronously, and there was no more internal brush frame stuck.

    The fourth generation grate cooler of SCLW4-12×13.4 was adopted in 4500t/d clinker production line of China United Cement Xin'an Wanji Cement Co., Ltd. , but the hot air intake of coal mill and the AQC hot air intake of waste heat power generation were in the same symmetrical position of the grate cooler. There was a phenomenon of air struggle between the coal mill and the waste heat power generation system, and the start and stop of coal mill had a great impact on the waste heat power generation system. After analysis, measures were taken to upgrade the system. The flue gas temperature of the coal mill can be controlled by opening a hole from the waste gas pipe, installing a pipe and an electric valve, and connecting with the hot air pipe to the coal mill settling chamber, and adjusting the opening of the corresponding valve. This not only improves the power generation of waste heat and increases the output of the coal mill, but also reduces the load of the exhaust fan at the kiln head and the power consumption of clinker production.

    The composition of wireless temperature measurement system and the technical performance of wireless temperature sensor are introduced. The installation mode and data upload way of wireless temperature sensor on high voltage circuit breaker are described. After installation of wireless temperature measuring device, the alarm temperature is set to 60℃, and when it was more than 95℃, the contact must be checked with power cut. After the operation of the wireless temperature measurement system, it plays the role of early warning and avoiding equipment accidents.
