Abstract Causes of yellow core material and wrapping core material in rotary kiln are analyzed. By adjusting the limestone grade, adjusting the air volume of the burner and increasing the burnout rate of the pulverized coal, reducing the output of the kiln, adjusting the temperature of the decomposing furnace to ensure the decomposition rate, the yellow core material and the core material in rotary kiln can be eliminated.
