Abstract This paper analyzes the advantages of territorial resources of international engineering projects from three aspects: labor resources and policies & regulations, construction equipment status, construction habits and construction methods. By cultivating territorial labor resources, optimizing construction methods, changing China's labor output structure, establishing a resource integration platform, combining China's advantages, making full use of territorial resources, the company's international competitiveness could be improved.
