The development process of cement kiln refractory brick standard was described, the VDZ B, ISO[π3] series brick features and C series of innovations was analyzed, the main technical data and the ratio of various series of brick was introduced, and the development trend of the refractory brick was forecasted. C series brick on the industrial test of nearly 40 kilns has been used of 8 000 t bricks, according to unit ton of clinker is about 0.6 kg brick to estimate, it is equivalent to about 12.5 million tons of cement clinker production. C series refractory brick type standard can meet the technical progress of precalcining kiln in China, and is superior to the existing international standards, which speeds up the process of Chinese cement production technology from big to strong.

Application of the Roller Press Final Grinding System in the Production of Blast Furnace Slag and Steelmaking Slag Micropowder

This paper summarizes several kinds of popular production technology of blast furnace slag and steelmaking slag micropowder, and introduces the final grinding system of roller press (RP), which developed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. and used for 300kt/a slag micropowder project of Bangxin Building Materials Co.,Ltd. and 600kt/a slag micropowder project of Zhongtai Building Materials Co., Ltd. The output of Bangxin project is 50~55t/h (dry basis) and power consumption of the system is less than 35kWh /t. The output of Zhongtai project is 86.6t/h (dry basis) and power consumption of the system is 34.69kWh/t. Compared with the vertical roller mill, the final grinding system of RP is more efficient in grinding blast furnace slag and steelmaking slag, and the power consumption is lower. In addition, the metal iron can be removed in time of production, reducing the wear of the roller surface, the repair cost of the RP is about one-half lower than vertical roller mill.

Sinoma Xiangtan Cement Co., Ltd. has a 5 000tpd cement production line with 2 sets of roller press cement combined-grinding system. One of the system was designed as open-circuit ball mill. After putting into operation,this open-circuit grinding system appeared many problems such as high products temperature,low capacity,more power consumption etc. In 2018,in order to improve products quality and reduce power consumption,the company implemented modification and optimization on this system,mainly,modificated it to a closed-circuit ball mill system with a high efficiency dynamic separator. After commissioning period,the capacity achieved 200t/h and SPC is 33kWh/t for P·C32.5 type cement. When produce P·O42.5 type cement, the capacity is about 205t/h @360±15m2/kg blain, and NC 26%~27%. Moreover, this system can be production in open-circuit or closed-circuit mode alternatively according to the requirements.

The general idea of intelligent construction of cement production and five aspects of intelligent cement plant construction are described. The intelligence from supplier to customer, from production to business (control), from design to service (engineering operation and maintenance) is constructed. The cement production framework builds intelligent digital factories around seven dimensions: production management, process management, energy management, quality management, safety management, equipment management, and supply chain management. After the implementation of the cement intelligent manufacturing production control MES system, it can realize the visual control of the whole process of cement production management, optimize the personnel structure, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the labor cost, and reduce the subjective participation in the production, testing, inspection and other production links. The production process effectively guarantees production stability and product quality, improves production system operation efficiency, eliminates safety hazards, reduces pollution waste discharge and operating costs, and provides strong support for efficient operation of production.

According to the ambiguity of the detection method of the center height difference of the bearing seat of the supporting wheel in GB/T 32994-2016 "Rotary Kiln for Cement Industry" and JB/T 8916-2017 "Rotary Kiln", by the methods of the ambiguity analysis of the definition of the center height of the bearing seat, the analysis of the factors affecting the center height of the bearing seat at both ends of the bearing group and the problems existing in the traditional detection method , it put forward the reasonable detection method of bearing seat center height of rotary kiln supporting wheel, the matching method of bearing seat center height difference and the assembly inspection method of bearing group supporting wheel center height difference. The principle of paired detection is introduced, and the detection accuracy is analyzed. It is concluded that the center height of the ball center of the bearing seat can be measured by measuring the diameter of the oil groove, the diameter of the spherical surface and the depth of the bottom of the oil groove; the center height difference of the ball center of the bearing seat can be calculated by means of the auxiliary measuring frame; and the center height difference of the two ends of the bearing group can be calculated by measuring the dimensions of the parts of the bearing group; the detection method can not only be used for the center high qualified inspection of the bearing seat, but also for the matching of the center height difference of the bearing seat of the same bearing group , and the judgment of whether the center height is reworked can also be made through the matching inspection. The measurement and control methods make up for the vacancy of the detection method of the center height difference of the bearing seat in the standard, and revise the standard. It provides a reference basis and has a guiding significance for the detection of the difference between the central height of rotary kiln and the central height of the bearing seat.

The main technical characteristics of the electric bag composite dust collector are introduced, combined with the process characteristics of the original electric dust collector, the scope and work flow of the transformation project are determined, and the key points and technical requirements for the control project to be controlled are formulated. After the transformation, the cooler electric dust collection No.1 electric field has no longer equipment failure caused by electric field drop and other problems. The cold air valve and the grate cooler spray system added to the inlet of the dust collector effectively reduce the operating temperature of the precipitator, and extends the lifetime of the filter bag. After the transformation, the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector is greatly improved. And the average concentration of soot discharged from the cooler is reduced from 15.87 mg/m3 to 4.2 mg/m3.
