Abstract This paper analyzes the problem of power imbalance caused by the wear of driving drum of multi drive belt conveyor. The diameter and perimeter of the driving rollers were adjusted by using the cold pack glue repairing technology, the driving power was balanced, and the operation of the multi drive belt conveyor returned to normal.
