Abstract From the aspects of equipment reliability, batch adjustment, material homogenization, auxiliary primary combustion materials, etc., the problem of high free-CaO in clinker was analyzed. By taking measures such as strengthening the communication between laboratory batching personnel and production operators, improving equipment operation rate, flexibly adjusting sampling time, ensuring auxiliary raw fuel supply, increasing clinker analysis times, stabilizing limestone silo level, etc., the fluctuation range of clinker free-CaO can be stably controlled between 0.5% and 1.3%.
